Travel and accommodation
The concept note indicates that hotel bookings and food are to be paid directly to the hotel and mess contractor on actuals. Speaker transportation is to be arranged through an agent on actuals. Further logistics information will be posted as it is finalised.
The optional Jantar Mantar technical visit is scheduled for 06:30–08:30 on 3 April. It is pre-booked and uses a separate coach; details and any applicable charges are not specified in the concept note.
