Planned size: 12–15 senior scholars of Indian mathematics and astronomy from India and abroad, with IKS Division, INSA and NBHM representation.
Technical Programme Committee
Planned size: 20–25 members, with two chairs per track and at least two reviewers per submission. Submissions are reviewed double-blind.
Organising subcommittees
Finance; hospitality; publicity and website; publication; IT and hybrid streaming; student volunteers; and transport.
Intended conference outcomes
- Abstract volume with ISBN for release at the inaugural session.
- Peer-reviewed edited volume or journal special issue with 30–35 selected full papers.
- Open-access curriculum pack of 8–10 teaching modules with sources, worked exercises and reading lists.
- Conference resolution on standards of evidence in IKS research in the sciences.
- At least two international institutional agreements for research, exchange or co-supervision.
- A standing network, shared repository of source references and commitment to a biennial series.
- Strengthened UEM Jaipur IKS, NEP, NAAC, NIRF and international-collaboration records.
